While Federal policies regarding Marijuana, CBD, and Hemp are currently in flux, use of marijuana in all forms currently remains prohibited for Service members. Check with your leadership regarding any changes in policy.

As a Service member, marijuana, CBD and hemp are prohibited to use and you cannot possess marijuana. Know the difference between these substances so that you can protect yourself from unwanted risks.
